Mechanics:
- Follow the Rebisco FriendChips Facebook page.
- Every two weeks a new FriendChips OlymChips Challenge Cup will be launched. There will be a total of four (4) OlymChips Challenge Cups throughout the Promo Period.
- These four (4) Challenge Cups unlock every 2 weeks, but all Challenge Cups share a final deadline on July 20, 2021. This means that groups can still participate / submit entries for previous Challenge Cups until July 20.
- To get a chance to win, participants must submit a valid entry for all four (4) Challenge Cups, an entry is considered valid ifa. The entry followed the mechanics provided for all four (4) Challenge Cups. It must include actual Rebisco FriendChips products and required related Challenge Cup hashtags. b. An entry must be composed of a group of four (4) unique individual members and must complete all four (4) Challenge Cups with the same set of members. The set of members MUST be unique individuals and not only unique Facebook profiles. A member MUST NOT be part of multiple groups. (i.e. A member of Group A cannot be part of Group B) c. An entry must be posted within the OlymChips Challenge duration (May 26 – July 20, 2021), set to public, and must be published on the Facebook profile of the designated GROUP REPRESENTATIVE. Only one (1) of the four (4) group members should post every Challenge Cup entry (set to public) on his/her Facebook profile and tag his/her three (3) individual members. d. The Organizer reserves the right to request for proof of identity of all members for any entry, at any time. e. If the same entry is published or posted by two or more members of the same group, it will be considered as one entry. f. Groups can submit multiple entries. However, they can only have a chance to win once. g. After posting the group’s entry on the group representative’s Facebook profile, copy the post link of the entry and place it in the comment section of that specific OlymChips Challenge Cup post, so that organizers can see it. Tag the 3 other members who are included in the entry in the comment with the entry post link.
- All winners will be announced on July 30, 2021.

Determination of OLYMPCHIPS 2021 Winners
The judges will be the following: At least 2 Rebisco representatives, and 1 representative from the implementing agency.
The FDA representative will act as a witness during the deliberation process.
The Organizer will choose one (1) GOLD TROPA, six (6) SILVER TROPA, and eight (8) BRONZE TROPA winners.
The group must join and complete all four (4) CHALLENGE CUPS to be qualified to win Gold, Silver or Bronze prizes.
Their entries must adhere to the mechanics set forth in the CHALLENGE CUP mechanics to be valid.
- OLYMCHIPS 2021 Winners will be announced on July 30, 2021.
Only Eight (8) BRONZE TROPA, Six (6) SILVER TROPA, and One (1) GOLD TROPA
for OlymChips 2021 Rebisco Friendchips Online Major Promo will be announced. - Judges’ decision is final.

NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DISBURSEMENT OF WINNERS:
- All Challenge Cup Winners will be announced on the Rebisco FriendChips Facebook page on July 30, 2021.
- Each winner will be notified by a Facebook message from the Organizers, phone call and email by an authorized Mediamagnet representative.
- Representatives of the winning groups will be asked to submit the following as part of the verification process Two (2) valid IDs with picture and mailing address.
- Winners who are below 18 years old will need parent/guardian consent. Details submitted by the winner will be validated by a representative from the Organizer.
- All prizes are non-transferrable. Non-monetary prizes such as the FriendChips Barkada Pack and Nintendo Switch Lite cannot be converted to cash.
- For the cash prizes, GCash, PayMaya, and Bank transfer are the official options for releasing the prize to the winning group representatives. Cash prizes may be subject to tax.
- The final winners may be required to sign documents as may be considered necessary by Organizer and/or the Organizer’s advertising agency.
- If any part of the Terms and Conditions herein is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions and any such invalid term shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
- The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines.
- The non-cash prizes may be couriered to the winner group representatives (care of the Organizer), or may be picked up by the winners at the Mediamagnet Office (517 E Santol St., Sta. Mesa, Manila) after proper verification by the Organizer or its representatives.
- Organizers will contact and coordinate with winning team representatives to confirm details of delivery address; and will give them 30 days to claim the package in case they weren’t able to receive the package on the day of delivery. Otherwise, products will be forfeited after 30 days. Organizers are not responsible for forfeited prizes due to unresponsiveness of the winner to the calls and messages of the courier.
LIABILITY AND CLAIMS:
By participating in this Promo, each participant is agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and agrees to grant the right to the Organizer to unlimited use of any and all photos and other materials taken by Organizer during promo period and/or uploaded by the user for any purpose whatsoever at any time without compensation or the need for further notice or approval.
The Participant shall take full responsibility over the content shared by the participant for this Promo. The Organizer shall be free of any claims whatsoever with respect to the photos and content submitted by the Participant.
Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the promotion. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Central and State governmental actions, policies and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
