ENTRY GUIDELINES
- A participant can send a maximum of 3 raffle entries per day and an unlimited number of entries throughout the duration of the promotion.
- SMS for sending entries is free and subject to the Telco’s existing regular terms of use.
- Only correct and complete entries with valid receipts will qualify. Incomplete, wrong, or incorrect syntax will be considered invalid.
- Entries made before and after the promo period are deemed invalid.
- Invalid entries will receive an SMS notification message through their mobile phone from 2256387.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, disfigured, wrong, or invalid syntax, as well as late entries or entries without the right proof of purchase.
- By participating in this promo, participants consent to provide their personal information, and the Organizer reserves the right to publish and use their names, photographs, and entries for purposes of publicity, advertising, and/or trade without further compensation or notice. Each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organizer.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
a. Winners will be determined through electronic raffle draws conducted virtually via Zoom, with representatives from the organizer, promoting agency, and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) present.
b. The eligibility of prize winners’ entries will be determined by the correctness of the SMS format and the completeness of the information provided in the SMS registration. Entries not following the format and those with incomplete details will be disqualified.
c. Participants may win one (1) prize throughout the Promo Period.
d. Non-winning entries from previous draws will still be eligible for succeeding draws.
e. The official list of winners will be submitted to the DTI Representative for verification and e-signature before the public announcement.
PRIZES
a. All prizes are non-transferable, and any prize taxes exceeding P10,000 shall be paid by the sponsor.
b. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organizer 60 days after the date of confirmed receipt of the winner’s notification.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
a. Eligible prize winners will be contacted via SMS through their registered mobile number and registered mail sent to their postal address.
b. If further attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the eligible winner and draw another qualified participant, with concurrence from DTI.
c. The Organizer will not be held liable if winners cannot be contacted for any reason.
CLAIMING OF PRIZES
a. Participants must present a copy of the registered mail, a valid ID, and proof of purchase/official receipt when claiming their prizes.
b. If a winner cannot provide a copy of their Proof of Purchase (sales invoice or official receipt) or valid ID, they can present a duly notarized Affidavit of Loss to claim their prize.
c. If a winner assigns a representative to claim the prize on their behalf, the winner must send a notification letter to [email protected] or contact via Facebook Messenger (@EvereadyPH).
DELIVERY OF PRIZES
WEEKLY MINOR PRIZES:
a. After verification, GCASH E-GIFTS will be delivered to the respective winners via SMS thru GIFTAWAY.
GRAND PRIZE:
b. After verification, the winner may claim the prize at ATMOSPHERE EVENTS OFFICE, 19/F Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, Sapphire Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1600.
c. For residents OUTSIDE METRO MANILA, prize will only be delivered free of charge once (1). The winner will shoulder the succeeding delivery charge(s) should they choose to claim their prize on a different date.

● The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
● By submitting the participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services.
● By participating in this promo, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser related to the promo.
● Organiser’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
● The participant expressly agrees to irrevocably waive and release the Organiser from any loss or damages which the participant may suffer or incur as a result of any actions or omissions by the Organiser or in relation or pursuant to the participant’s participation.

● These terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of The PHILIPPINES and the participant further agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts. In the event of any dispute arising hereunder, such dispute shall be resolved by any court of competent jurisdiction in The Philippines.
