REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Purchase a pack of any Eveready product and keep the receipt.
No minimum purchase needed; one entry per transaction. - Text your entries to 2256603. I.e. <SALES INVOICE NUMBER> <NAME> <AGE> <ADDRESS>
- Wait for the SMS confirmation of your entry.
RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZES
- The eligible prize winner’s entry validity will be based on correctness of SMS format and completeness of information they have entered in the SMS registration.
- Where winners fail to follow the correct SMS format and provide complete information, the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and thereafter select the next qualified participant.
- Each participant is allowed to win at most one (1) prize throughout the Promo Period.
- All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organizer 60 days after the date of notification of winnings.
- All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
- A representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will supervise the live raffle.
- Raffle draws will be done via Zoom with representatives from the promoting agency and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to determine the winners.
- The official list of winners must be submitted by the Administrator to the DTI Representative for verification and e-signature before the public announcement.
WINNERS’ GUIDELINES
- The winners will be announced at www.facebook.com/EvereadyPH on the following dates:
- First Draw: May 2, 2022
- Second Draw: June 2, 2022
- Third Draw: July 2, 2022
- Winners will be notified by Administrator through Registered mail, and SMS from EVEREADYHFF after the e-raffle draw.
- Winner must respond via EMAIL to ([email protected]) with the following details within 60 days of notification:
a. Complete name
b. Age
c. Address
d. Mobile number
e. Copy of Official Receipt - Failure to respond will invalidate the win per approval of DTI.
- Once verified, winners will receive a confirmatory message via SMS and/or FB Messenger with prize delivery details.
- In the event that the winner cannot give a copy of their Proof of Purchase, they can present a duly notarized Affidavit of Loss to the Administrator in order to claim their prize.
CLAIMING AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES
1.The winners must present at least one (1) valid ID (with photo and signature)
2. Prize shall be claimed at the ff redemption sites:
P5,000 Gift Certificates:
- For Metro Manila Winners: Bright Solutions Marketing Inc. Unit 411 Cedar Executive Bldg. Scout Tobias Quezon City
- For Outside Metro Manila Winners: A representative from Administrator will coordinate with the winner for the details on how to claim the prize.
Laptops:
- For Metro Manila Winners: Bright Solutions Marketing Inc. Unit 411 Cedar Executive Bldg. Scout Tobias Quezon City

Tricycle
- A representative from Administrator will coordinate with the winner for the details on how to claim the prize. Tricycle prize will be claimed at the nearest distributor of motorcycle from the winner’s location

In case a winner assigns a representative to claim the prize on his/her behalf, the winner must send a notification letter to [email protected]
4. Upon delivery or pick-up, the original Official Receipt and Valid ID must be presented for checking.
5. Appointment to claim the prize physically must be made prior. Winner may contact the Administrator through [email protected] to set a schedule of prize pick-up.
6. For outside Manila winners, prizes will only be delivered free of charge once (1). The winner will shoulder the succeeding delivery charge(s) should they choose to claim their prize on a different date. (In the event the recipient failed to receive the item on first attempt to deliver.)
7. To confirm identity, Administrator reserves the right to ask the consumers for other pertinent information about their entries.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Winners will be given sixty (60) calendar days to claim the prize. If the winner chooses not to accept or claim a prize, or any element thereof, they forfeit any claims to that prize, favoring Organiser, with the prior approval of DTI.
- Prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above. Each winner is solely responsible for all tax reporting and payment obligations arising out of winning a prize.
- The value of each prize is based on the recommended retail value or market value at the promotion’s commencement. Each prize is non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be given.
- The Administrator, on behalf of the Organiser, collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use. The Organiser and Administrator will delete your information upon the later of (i) the delivery of the prizes and (ii) the end of its legal, regulatory, or lawful policy reasons for retaining data. The Organiser’s privacy policy, available through https://www.energizergrouplegal.com, explains how the Organiser protects personal data, your rights for controlling your personal data, and how to contact the Organiser to exercise your rights.
- By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organizer and Administrator.
- The participant expressly grants to the Organizer a worldwide, irrevocable, non- exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute any material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that the participant submits to, for whatever purposes (“User Content”) in any manner as the Organizer shall deem fit. The participant is fully and solely responsible for any and all content submitted to the Organizer and the participant shall be liable for any harm or damage caused by such content. The participant further agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Organizer from and against all actions, suits, claims or demands, proceedings, losses, damages, compensation, costs (including legal cost), charges and expenses whatsoever to which the Organizer shall or may be or become liable in respect of any content submitted.
