CRITERIA FOR JUDGING

Mechanics:

1. Go to @creamlineicecream on TikTok. Participants must Follow us!
2. Promo is open for all participants with age 13 years old and above, currently residing in the Philippines. Employees of Republic Biscuit Corporation and its advertising agency partners are not eligible to join the contest as well as their relatives up to 2nd party of consanguinity or affinity.
   
3. To be successfully eligible to join:
   • There should be only one (1) entry per team. Each entry should have unique team members. Each team should have min. of 2 or max. of 3 members per video entry. Each video entry can only be published through one (1) TikTok Account of any of the members in the video and this shall be the valid entry of that group.
   • Sing any one (1) of these Christmas Songs in acapella or with minus 1 provided in the Creamline TikTok profile. There will be one featured song per promo period:

     December 4 – December 18: Jingle Bells
     December 12 – January 2: We Wish You A Merry Christmas

   • To make your entry valid, make sure to inject the words“Creamline”, “Good Vibes”, “Good Vibes All the time”, “GV”, “Alas-Good Times” and “Alas GV”  in the
     Christmas song.
   • Each group can only send one entry per-batch & can only win once.
   • Make sure to tag @creamlineicecream and use the official hashtag #WeWishYouAGVChristmas 
   • Their Tiktok post should be set to PUBLIC until the end of the promo duration.
   • All Entries should adhere to TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

4. Criteria for Judging Entries will be judged based on:

   i. 40% Creativity: Entry will be judged according to the quality of their song & lyrics
   ii. 40% Delivery and Presence: Participants must have charisma, swag, and character.
   iii. 20% Audience Impact: Number of likes shall be considered in judging the winners.

5. Winners will be announced on @creamlineicecream on TikTok and Creamline’s Official Social Media accounts.
6. Winners need to direct message @creamlineicecream on TikTok to know how they can claim their prizes.
7. Contest will run from December 4, 2021 to January 2, 2022.

   a. Batch 1 (Jingle Bells): December 4, 2021 – December 18, 2021. Validation of entries on December 20, 2021.
   b. Batch 2 (We Wish you): December 19, 2021 – January 2, 2022. Validation of entries on January 3, 2021.

8. Announcement of 10 winners per batch will be on:
   a. Batch 1 (Jingle Bells): January 11, 2022 (10 winners)
   b. Batch 2 (We Wish you): January 14, 2022 (10 winners)

9. The Top 5 winners for both batches shall automatically move to the Grand Finals and shall be part of the Top 10 SEMI-FINALIST. The last 5 winners for both batches shall receive consolation prizes of P 5,000 each per entry.

10. All 10 SEMI-FINALISTS will be deliberated for the Top 5 GRAND FINALISTS.
    a. Deliberation for SEMI-FINALISTS: January 14, 2022
    b. Announcement of Top 5 GRAND FINALISTS: January 19, 2022

11. PRIZES:
    a. For every batch, 10 winners will be selected. The Top 5 per batch shall move to the Grand Finals.

    b. The 6th – 10th winner of each batch shall win Php 5,000 per team.

    c. During the Grand Finals, the entries of Top 10 Semi-finalists from both batches shall ranked. For corresponding prizes, based on rank please see table below:

    

12. Representatives of the winning groups will be asked to submit the following as part of the verification process Two (2) valid IDs with picture and mailing address.
13. Winners who are below 18 years old will need parent/guardian consent. 
14. Details submitted by the winner will be validated by a representative from the Organizer.
15. All participants give their consent to Creamline Ice Cream to use their video entries for marketing purposes
16. Only the entrant of the video will be entertained as the recipient of prizes, distribution of the prizes to other members of the video will be the responsibility of the entrant.
17. All prizes are non-transferrable. 
18. For the cash prizes, GCash, PayMaya, and Check Bank transfer are the official options for releasing the prize to the winning group representatives. All cash prizes will be notified via (SMS) and social media posts on the Creamline page via its endorsers
19. The final winners may be required to sign such further documents as may be considered necessary by Organizer and/or the Organizer’s advertising agency.
20. If any part of the Terms and Conditions herein is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions and any such invalid term shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
21. The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines.
22. Organizers will contact and coordinate with winning team representatives to confirm details of how they will claim their prizes; and will be given 30 days to claim their prize. Otherwise, prizes will be forfeited after 30 days. Organizers are not responsible for forfeited prizes due to the unresponsiveness of the winner to the calls, messages, and other forms of notification.
